Event Postponements & Rescheduling

When an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are automatically valid for the new date.

5.1 Your Options for Postponed Events

Option 1: Keep Tickets

Your tickets remain valid for the new date. No action required.

Option 2: Request Refund

If new date doesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of postponement announcement.

Option 3: Transfer Tickets

Transfer tickets to someone else through our platform.

5.2 Important Notes

  • Refund window for postponed events is typically 14 days from announcement
  • After refund window closes, tickets are only valid for the new date
  • If you cannot attend the new date, use our ticket resale option
  • Some events may offer additional flexibility - check event-specific communications

Multiple Postponements: If an event is postponed multiple times, you maintain the right to request a refund after each postponement announcement.

Secure Resale: Our official resale platform is the only authorized way to resell Event Booking tickets. Reselling through third-party platforms may result in ticket invalidation.
