Refund Eligibility Criteria
2.1 Standard Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

- Full refund within 24 hours of purchase
- No questions asked
- All ticket types eligible
Event Cancellations
- Event canceled by organizer
- Event significantly changed
- Event location changed

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

3.2 Important Deadlines

All refund requests must be submitted before the event start time. No refunds can be processed after an event has concluded.
Event-Specific Cutoffs
Some events may have earlier refund cutoffs (e.g., 48 hours before event). These will be clearly communicated during booking.
Time Zone Note: All deadlines are calculated based on the event's local time zone. Please account for time zone differences when requesting refunds.
Event Cancellations by Organizers
When an event is canceled by the organizer, we automatically initiate the refund process for all ticket holders.

Credit Benefits: Event credits often include bonus value (e.g., 110% of original ticket price) and can be used for any event on our platform for up to 12 months.
Event Postponements & Rescheduling
When an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are automatically valid for the new date.
5.1 Your Options for Postponed Events
Option 1: Keep Tickets
Your tickets remain valid for the new date. No action required.
Option 2: Request Refund
If new date doesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of postponement announcement.
Option 3: Transfer Tickets
Transfer tickets to someone else through our platform.
5.2 Important Notes
- Refund window for postponed events is typically 14 days from announcement
- After refund window closes, tickets are only valid for the new date
- If you cannot attend the new date, use our ticket resale option
- Some events may offer additional flexibility - check event-specific communications
Multiple Postponements: If an event is postponed multiple times, you maintain the right to request a refund after each postponement announcement.

When purchased, we handle transfer and payment securely

Secure Resale: Our official resale platform is the only authorized way to resell Event Booking tickets. Reselling through third-party platforms may result in ticket invalidation.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refund requests outside normal policy for:
