By accessing and using the Event Booking Platform ("Platform") operated by Event Booking ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Event Booking regarding your use of the Platform to browse, search, and book tickets for events.

3.1 Account Creation

To make bookings, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

4.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

• You receive a booking confirmation email
• The booking appears in your account's "My Bookings" section
• Full payment has been received (if applicable)

4.2 Booking Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details (including attendee names, contact information, and ticket quantities) are accurate before confirming the booking.

4.3 E-tickets

Upon successful booking, you will receive an e-ticket via email. The e-ticket must be presented (either printed or on a mobile device) at the event venue for admission.

4.4 Ticket Limits

We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person, per event, or per transaction to prevent unfair ticket buying practices.

4.5 Resale of Tickets

Tickets purchased through our Platform are for personal use only. The unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of tickets without refund.

5.1 Ticket Prices

All ticket prices are displayed in Indian Rupees ($) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Additional Fees

In addition to ticket prices, the following fees may apply:

• Convenience fees for online booking
• Processing fees for payment transactions
• Applicable taxes as per government regulations

All additional fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

5.4 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

6.1 User Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by event organizer. Generally, there are three types of cancellation policies:

6.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. The refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days.

6.3 Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, your tickets will typically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may be eligible for a refund based on the event organizer's policy.

7.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy of the specific event. To request a refund, you must cancel your booking through the Platform within the allowed cancellation period.

7.2 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The exact time may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

7.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Convenience fees and service charges
• Processing fees for payment transactions
• Tickets for events with "No Refund" policy
• Tickets purchased as part of promotional offers (unless specified otherwise)

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

9.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Event Booking or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 Event Content

Event descriptions, images, and other event-related content are provided by event organizers and are their intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without permission.

9.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9.4 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of Platform content
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

10.1 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

10.2 Event Liability

Event Booking acts as an intermediary between users and event organizers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or conduct of events
• Any injuries, damages, or losses occurring at events
• Changes to event details made by organizers
• Organizer's failure to honor tickets

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account, please contact our support team.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of applicable laws
• Requests by law enforcement

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• Any outstanding bookings may be cancelled without refund
• All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access the Platform from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on the Platform
• Sending an email to the address associated with your account
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
